The Executive Director of the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) subsequently adopted Document #13703, effective 8-1-23, containing Plc 1002.33 titled “Application Processing, Initial Inspection, and Licensing Fees for the Professions and Programs Regulated by the Board of Nursing”. Plc 1002.33 specifies the amounts for various fees that apply to the professions and programs regulated by the Board of Nursing under RSA 326-B. Plc 1002.33 is located in Part Plc 1002 titled “Application Processing, Examination, Initial Inspection, and Licensing Fees Specific to Each Profession” in Chapter Plc 1000 titled “Fees, Per Diems, and Reimbursable Expenses”.
