Each applicant for an initial medication nursing assistant certificate shall:

1. (a) Possess a current unencumbered LNA license issued by the OPLC;
2. (b) Successfully complete a board-approved medication administration education program described in Nur 800; and
3. (c) Pass the required the competency evaluation described in Nur 800.
