1. (a) The acting administrator shall be supervised by a licensed administrator who is in good standing with the board and has at least 5 years’ experience operating a licensed nursing home.
2. (b) Any licensed administrator about to become a supervisor of an acting administrator shall notify the OPLC of their intent.
3. (c) No licensed administrator shall be permitted to supervise more than one acting administrator at a time.
4. (d) The licensed administrator supervising an acting administrator shall provide at least 8 hours per week of direct onsite supervision of the acting administrator.
5. (e) The licensed administrator supervising the acting administrator shall be responsible for all aspects of the facility’s operation.
