The board consists of 9 members who meet the eligibility requirements of RSA 151-A:3. The board is made up of 4 licensed nursing home administrators, 4 members selected from other professions and institutions concerned with the care of chronically ill and infirm aged patients and one member who is a representative of the general public with no direct financial interest in any nursing home.
