Possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted on department properties except as listed in this section:

1. (a) At all seacoast beaches, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited pursuant to Ncr 733.13(b);
2. (b) At the state operated ski area, consumption of alcoholic beverages shall only be permitted in designated areas pursuant to Ncr 734.06;
3. (c) At all inland beaches and beach recreation areas, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages on the beach area shall be prohibited pursuant to Ncr 733.09;

4. (d) In the following state historic sites, possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited unless permission has been granted through the provisions under Ncr 740:

   1. (1) Fort Constitution;
   2. (2) Fort Stark;
   3. (3) Frost Farm;
   4. (4) Hannah Duston historic site;
   5. (5) Pierce Homestead;
   6. (6) Webster Birthplace; and
   7. (7) Weeks state park.
