Determination of Market Value
Effective Dec 6, 2025#14243, INTERIM, eff 4-23-25; ss by #14452 (formerly Ncr 5302.11), eff 12-6-25, EXPIRES 12-6-35Commissioner, Department of Natural and Cultural Resources
Market value shall be determined by one of the following:
(a) An assessing official;
(b) A licensed professional forester; or
(c) The director or the director’s authorized agent.
