The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees, and noncompliance with these standards may result in discipline pursuant to RSA 328-E:14, II. The board shall investigate violations of these standards and impose disciplinary sanctions for such violations by following the disciplinary procedures set forth in Nat 404.
