The board shall:
- (a) Provide standards for the licensure and regulation of doctors of naturopathic medicine in order to protect the public health, safety, and welfare;
- (b) Insure that naturopathic medicine by qualified doctors of naturopathic medicine is available to the people of New Hampshire; and
- (c) Adopt as a rule the formulary and revisions of the formulary approved by the council.
