1. (a) Renewal of registration shall be denied if:

   1. (1) The applicant has failed to furnish complete or accurate information on the renewal application;
   2. (2) The applicant no longer continues to meet the requirements of RSA 328-I:9 and Mtec 304.02 relative to registration; or
   3. (3) The applicant has not paid the fee imposed by RSA 328-I:9.

2. (b) If the application for renewal is denied, the applicant shall be provided:

   1. (1) A written order specifying why the application for renewal has been denied; and
   2. (2) An opportunity to request a hearing for reconsideration pursuant to Mtec 205 on the deficiency issues identified by the board.
3. (c) Any such request for a hearing shall be submitted to the board within 30 days from the date of the board’s notification of denial, failing which the denial shall be deemed final.
