Minutes of Council Meetings

Effective Dec 5, 2000#7412, eff 12-5-00Midwifery Council

(a) Minutes shall be kept of council meetings and of official actions taken by the council.
(b) Such minutes shall:
1. (1) Record the members participating in each vote; and
2. (2) Separately record the position of members who dissent, abstain or concur.
