N.H. Code Admin. R. Mhp 308.01
(a) Applicants shall meet one of the following requirements to be eligible for licensure as a social work associate:
(1) If graduated with a bachelor’s degree in clinical mental health, social work, psychology, behavioral health counseling, human services discipline, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university:
i. Ethical and professional behavior;
ii. Advancing human rights and social, racial economic, and environmental justice;
iii. Anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice;
iv. Practice-informed research and research-informed practice;
v. Policy practice;
vi. Engagement with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities
vii. Assessing individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities;
viii. Intervention with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities; and
ix. Evaluation of practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities; or
(2) If graduated with an associate’s degree in clinical mental health, social work, psychology, behavioral health counseling, human services discipline, or equivalent program from an accredited college or university:
i. Ethical and professional behavior;
ii. Advancing human rights and social, racial economic, and environmental justice;
iii. Anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion in practice;
iv. Practice-informed research and research-informed practice;
v. Policy practice;
vi. Engagement with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities
vii. Assessing individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities;
viii. Intervention with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities; and
ix. Evaluation of practice with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities.
