Licensees, certificate holders, and mechanical business entities shall:
- (a) Maintain proficiency in the New Hampshire mechanical licensing laws, the adopted codes, and standards as they apply to each license discipline, and the administrative rules of the board;
- (b) Cooperate with local code enforcement personnel as required by local written ordinances;
- (c) Give accurate and complete information when asked to do so as part of an investigation or hearing by any governmental entity;
- (d) Not represent themselves as a master or journeyman plumber when registered as a plumbing apprentice; and
- (e) Not represent themselves as a licensed fuel gas fitter when registered as a fuel gas trainee.
