The purpose of these rules is to promote professional standards for fuel gas fitting and plumbing licensees, plumbing apprentices and fuel gas fitting trainees, certified oil heating and water treatment technicians, seminar providers and professional licensing instructors, board members, and mechanical business entities, to be evaluated under RSA 153:27 through 153:38.
