Types of Reinstatement of Mechanical Licenses for Business Entities

The board shall reinstate mechanical licenses for business entities:
(a) In accordance with the terms of the board's order if the licenses were suspended for disciplinary reasons; or
(b) In accordance with Mec 407.02 if the licenses lapsed as a result of non-renewal.
