“Equivalent hours of service in an approved educational setting” means the hours of practice in a facility reviewed and approved pursuant to Mec 308.01 and Mec 308.03, performed by a fuel gas fitter or trainee when engaged in the education and training for licensure, such that the hours of laboratory time shall be over and above the time required in these rules for formal classroom education.
