“Certificate of completion of apprenticeship” means the credential issued by the registration agency to those registered apprentices certified by the New Hampshire department of labor and documented as having successfully completed the apprentice training requirements outlined in 29 CFR, Part 29 and 30 standards of apprenticeship.
