An applicant for licensure as a landscape architect, who has met satisfactorily all the requirements of these rules as well as RSA 310-A:140 through RSA 310-A:160 and who has paid all of the fees, shall be issued a license by the board. The licensee shall be issued a license authorizing the practice of landscape architecture that shall show the full name of the licensee and the board issued license number.
