No later than April 15 of each year, the ADW provider shall file with the commission a report, regarding New Hampshire account holders, detailing the following for the previous calendar year in which ADW was offered:

1. (a) Total handle processed through their ADW platform(s);
2. (b) Total handle segregated by telephone, internet, and mobile application;
3. (c) Total handle segregated by track;
4. (d) Total handle segregated by ADW affiliate; and
5. (e) The beginning number of accounts, total accounts opened and closed, and the ending number of accounts.
