In addition to the qualifications set forth in Lot 8004.05 above, an applicant for an occupational license as a patrol judge shall:

1. (a) Be a member of the USTA;
2. (b) Be recommended for the occupational license by a person, corporation or association licensed under RSA 284:15; and
3. (c) Have vision which is at least 20/40 in both eyes, or vision that is corrected to 20/40 in both eyes.
