Each licensed distributor shall:

1. (a) Report sales information and submit deal fee payments to the commission as follows:

   1. (1) Electronically complete and submit a “Deal Fee Report” (2/2024) workbook for all deals sold and returned within the reported month;
   2. (2) Print, sign and submit a hard copy of the submittal page of the workbook to the commission along with deal fee payment in the amount due to the state; and
   3. (3) Ensure that the reports and payments are received by the commission no later than the 15th day following the end of the reported month; and
2. (b) Electronically submit to the commission a completed “Lucky 7 Ticket Dispensing Device Location Report” (2/2024) upon installing or removing an approved lucky 7 dispensing device.
