To comply with Lot 7007.01 above, each licensed manufacturer and distributor shall maintain a minimum of the following for at least 2 years:

1. (a) Invoice numbers and shipment dates;
2. (b) The name, address, and license number of the licensee making the purchase;

3. (c) A description of the bingo cards and sheets sold including:

   1. (1) Serial number;
   2. (2) Color;
   3. (3) Cut of the paper;
   4. (4) Quantity;
   5. (5) Marketing name; and
   6. (6) Manufacturer; and
4. (d) The quantity and cost of each item.
