(a) All lottery prizes shall be claimed:

1. (1) Prior to the expiration of one year from the termination of the game for instant scratch games pursuant to Lot 1004;
2. (2) Within one year from the drawing date for draw based games; or
3. (3) Within one year from the date that the prize was won for all other games.

(b) Any prize that is not claimed within the time period specified in (a) above shall be deemed unclaimed.
