1. (a) No check shall be accepted which bears a date subsequent to the date of the transaction.
2. (b) Except as provided in this rule, no two-party check shall be accepted.

3. (c) A two-party check shall be accepted if:

   1. (1) One of the parties is the state of New Hampshire;
   2. (2) The applicant is the other party; and
   3. (3) The amount of the check is not greater than the fee.
4. (d) No check shall be accepted that is dated more than 30 days prior to the receipt.
5. (e) Any check as described in Liq 701.07(a), (b), or (d) shall cause the application to be incomplete.
