The purpose of this part is to set forth the process for the selection of agents and operational requirements for agency liquor stores as provided for in RSA 177:9-16 in municipalities where there is no state store and where the voters of the municipality in which the agency liquor store will be located have voted to allow the sale of liquor in state stores under RSA 175:7.
