1. (a) Any deposits on beverage containers, and conditions for redemption, shall be included on wholesale distributor's price postings for said beverages.

2. (b) Rebates for returned containers shall:

   1. (1) Be clearly shown on invoices; and
   2. (2) Not exceed the deposits charged for said containers.
