No beverages or liquor shall be sold to the general public or to any other persons except members, guests, or auxiliaries of a club in this state affiliated with the same national fraternal organization and licensed under RSA 178:22,V, (h) provided that such member or auxiliary has on his or her person, and displays on request, a current membership card of that same national fraternal organization.
