1. (a) In addition to meeting all other requirements of part Liq 302 and part Liq 303, any requests for a change in the shape of the container or the label shall include information:

   1. (1) Describing the currently-listed product for which the change is proposed; and
   2. (2) Comparing the current shape or label with the proposed shape or label of the product for which the request is made.
