The board shall conduct its meetings in the following order:
- (a) Acceptance of the agenda;
- (b) Reading of the minutes;
- (c) Interviews/meetings;
- (d) Reading of communications;
- (e) Reading and consideration of applications;
- (f) Unfinished business;
- (g) New business; and
- (h) Adjournment.
