Settlement of Some or All Issues in a Dispute

Any CVRP or CVRPI who has a dispute before the board shall have the opportunity at any time to settle some or all of the issues. To be effective, an agreement to settle shall be:

(a) In writing;
(b) Signed by the CVRP or CVRPI; and
(c) Finalized as an order issued by the board.
