The advisory board shall meet as needed to perform the following functions:

1. (a) To evaluate candidate(s) for nomination to a term as a member of the compensation appeals board;
2. (b) To submit to the commissioner names of persons deemed qualified for nomination as members of the compensation appeals board; and
3. (c) To receive and review complaints concerning current members of the compensation appeals board forwarded to the advisory board by the commissioner in accordance with RSA 281-A:42-e.
