1. (a) The information submitted to the board pursuant to Juv 202.01(d) shall be available for review by the parties in a file maintained at the office of the board located at SYSC.
2. (b) Any information or documents submitted to the board for consideration at a parole or revocation hearing shall be submitted at least 5 business days before the date of the hearing and shall be available for review by the parties in a file maintained at the office of the board located at SYSC.
3. (c) Any information or documents submitted to the hearing officer for consideration at a preliminary hearing shall be available for review by the parties at the hearing in a file maintained at the office of the board located at SYSC.
