1. (a) The director shall review the request for review.

2. (b) Based upon the extent to which the amendment complies with the principles set forth in Jus 416.02, the director shall issue a written determination as to whether to:

   1. (1) Take no action to oppose the easement amendment or termination;
   2. (2) Take no action to oppose the easement amendment or termination subject to particular conditions;
   3. (3) Oppose the easement amendment or termination; or
   4. (4) Require court approval of the easement amendment or termination.
