The charitable trust shall prepare, maintain for 3 years, and make available to the charitable trusts unit upon request, a final accounting of any charitable sales promotion that includes the following information:

1. (a) Gross sales volume related to the charitable sales promotion;
2. (b) Calculation of the amount payable to the charitable trust;
3. (c) Revenue received by the charitable trust; and
4. (d) An itemized list of expenses deducted from the amount payable to the charitable trust, if applicable.
