A manufacturer of manufactured houses which are installed in New Hampshire shall file with the board, through the OPLC, every installation manual for each line made, sold, and installed. Subsequent updates or changes in a manual shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of the change, amendment, or revision to the manual.
