An inland marine travel insurance policy shall not contain provisions that:

1. (a) Guarantee policy renewal;
2. (b) Charge a penalty or administrative fee for trip cancellation by the covered individual;
3. (c) Retain unearned premium payments when the trip is cancelled or terminated by the group policyholder or its affiliates; or
4. (d) Reduce coverage based on the age of the insured.
