1. (a) “Group health insurance coverage” means, for the purpose of Ins 2702, health coverage sold under RSA 420-G:2 IV.
2. (b) “Mental health benefits” means benefits with respect to services for mental health conditions, as defined under the terms of group health insurance coverage, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
3. (c) “Substance use disorder benefits” means benefits with respect to services for substance use disorders, as defined under the terms of the group health insurance coverage, and in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
