1. (a) If, upon all the evidence, the hearing commissioners decide that a respondent has engaged in an unlawful discriminatory practice, the commission shall:

   1. (1) Issue the hearing commissioners' findings of fact and an order based upon the findings;

   2. (2) Cause the findings of fact and order to be sent by certified mail to:

      1. a. The respondent at the address given during the hearing or in the answer; and
      2. b. The complainant at the address given in the complaint or at the hearing; and
   3. (3) Deliver a copy of the order to the attorney general of the State of New Hampshire.

2. (b) If, upon all the evidence, the hearing commissioners decide that a respondent did not engaged in any unlawful practice, the commission shall:

   1. (1) State the hearing commissioners' findings of fact upon the record;
   2. (2) Order the complaint dismissed;

   3. (3) Cause the order to be sent by certified mail to:

      1. a. The respondent at the address given during the hearing or in the answer; and
      2. b. The complainant at the address given in the complaint or at the hearing; and
   4. (4) Deliver a copy of the order to the attorney general of the State of New Hampshire.
