1. (a) Parties may call, examine and cross-examine witnesses identified on the witness lists submitted pursuant to Hum 306.05(a)(1).
2. (b) Parties may offer documents and other evidence submitted pursuant to Hum 306.05(a)(2) for inclusion in the record of the proceedings.
3. (c) Parties shall have a full and fair opportunity to present their cases.
4. (d) Parties shall be permitted to file briefs within such time limits as the presiding officer determines.
