1. (a) Pursuant to RSA 91-A:4, any person may inspect and copy all public and non-confidential records of the commission during normal business hours at the commission offices.
2. (b) The commission shall make no copying charge for 25 or fewer pages. The commission shall charge the commission's costs for more than 25 pages.
