- (a) An applicant for a scholarship shall be an eligible student as defined in Hedc 501.02(a).
- (b) The scholarship shall only be used for the payment of board, room rent, and books and supplies, as established in RSA 193:19, at a New Hampshire institution of higher education.
- (c) The scholarship may be used for either graduate- or undergraduate- level higher education courses.
