- (a) Each initial applicant for a scholarship under the scholarships for orphans of veterans shall complete and submit the “Application for Scholarships for Orphans of Veterans,” December 2024, to the division of educator support and higher education at the department of education, including proof of residency pursuant to Hedc 502.06.
- (b) Scholarship recipients seeking to reapply for an additional year, up to 4 years maximum, shall complete and submit the “Application for Scholarship for Orphans of Veterans,” December 2024, to the division of educator support and higher education at the department of education, including proof of residency pursuant to Hedc 502.06.
- (c) All applications shall be due on or before September 1 to the division of educator support and higher education at the department of education.
