Pursuant to RSA 292:8-c through 8-h, the commission shall advise the legislature concerning the granting of degrees. Any institution that intends to seek incorporation as a degree-granting institution in New Hampshire shall secure approval from the commission prior to seeking authority from the legislature and shall submit articles of agreement as required by RSA 292:8-c and 8-d and shall be subject to the provisions of Hedc 405.
