- (a) Each party shall attempt in good faith to make complete and timely responses to requests for the voluntary production of information or documents relevant to the hearing.
- (b) When a dispute between parties arises concerning a request for the voluntary production of information or documents, any party may file a motion to compel the production of the requested information under Hedc 210.02.
