Redeterminations - General

Effective Jan 24, 2023#13524, eff 1-24-23Former Division of Human Services

(a) A redetermination of eligibility shall be required under the following conditions:
1. (1) At regularly scheduled intervals as prescribed by federal regulations;
2. (2) Prior to the expiration of extended medical assistance coverage periods, if the individual requests a redetermination of eligibility for benefits;
3. (3) When requested by the individual;
4. (4) When the department of health and human services (DHHS) discovers conflicting information regarding eligibility factors; or
5. (5) When a change in case circumstances affects other eligibility factors.
