1. (a) Income received weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly, shall be converted to a monthly amount by multiplying by the following factors:

   1. (1) For weekly amounts, multiply by 4.33;
   2. (2) For bi-weekly amounts, multiply by 2.17; and
   3. (3) For semi-monthly amounts, multiply by 2.
2. (b) The result shall be carried out to 2 decimal places and not be rounded up or down.
