If the recipient's name and benefit amount are on the document, acceptable verification of Social Security Administration (SSA) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits shall be the following:

1. (a) Current SSA or SSI check;
2. (b) Current SSA or SSI check stub;
3. (c) The SSA or SSI letter of award;
4. (d) For SSA benefits only, the current SSA Beneficiary and Earnings Data Exchange computer crossmatch listing supplied to the department from SSA; or
5. (e) For SSI benefits only, the current SSA State Data Exchange computer crossmatch listing supplied to the department from SSA.
