1. (a) For a desk review, as defined in He-W 601.03, the individual shall provide the required verification of the change in case circumstances no later than 10 calendar days from the date on the notice requesting the required verification.

2. (b) For a full redetermination, the individual shall provide the required verification no later than 10 calendar days:

   1. (1) After the personal interview; or
   2. (2) From the date on the notice requesting the required verification, if a personal interview is not required.
3. (c) When verification has been requested from a third party, such as an employer or landlord, and the verification has not been received within the time frames above, 10 additional calendar days shall be allowed after the department sends a follow-up letter to the third party and the individual.
