1. (a) For the adult categories of financial assistance, the individual's written statement of current physical address shall be accepted as verification of NH residence, unless conflicting evidence is present.

2. (b) If conflicting evidence is present, the department shall request additional evidence of residence, including, but not limited to:

   1. (1) Mail addressed to the individual at the stated address;
   2. (2) Utility or other bills addressed to the individual at the stated address; or
   3. (3) Receipts from a landlord or mortgage company showing the stated address.
3. (c) Failure to supply the additional evidence or failure of the additional evidence to verify residence shall result in denial or termination of benefits as described in He-W 606.01(c).
