All participating AAC providers shall:

1. (a) Be an enrolled New Hampshire Medicaid durable medical equipment (DME) provider;
2. (b) Request and obtain prior authorization from the department in accordance with He-W 575.06 below; and
3. (c) Provide the recipient and caregiver with equipment training and related supports, including equipment set-up, training in the use and maintenance of the AAC aid, and technical support.
