1. (a) Payment for HVNH and child/family health care support services shall be made, per 15 minute unit of service, in accordance with rates established by the department in accordance with RSA 161:4, VI(a).

2. (b) For billing purposes:

   1. (1) Any period of time that consists of 8 minutes or less shall not be billed; and
   2. (2) Any period of time that consists of more than 8 minutes shall be billed as one unit.
3. (c) The participating provider shall submit claims for payment to the department’s fiscal agent.
4. (d) The participating provider shall maintain supporting records, in accordance with He-W 520.
